Returns & Warranties

Important

Custom-made products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Since all products are personalized to your specifications, they cannot be returned after production begins.

Warranty Claims:

You may claim warranty if the product:

  • Deviates from your order
  • Is damaged upon delivery
  • Has manufacturing defects

Contact us at info@paperla.com within 2 months of discovering any defect from the day you received the product.

  • Product arrives damaged (broken, chipped, or cracked)
  • Manufacturing defects (wrong material, print errors, or quality issues)
  • Wrong design or product shipped
  • Product lost in transit (not received within 8 weeks of order date)

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Minor color differences between screen preview and physical product (inherent to 3D printing)
  • Damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Claims filed more than 14 days after delivery

How to claim:

  1. Email info@paperla.com within 14 days of receiving your product
  2. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue
  3. Refund issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days
